We are looking for people aged 15-29 who are economically inactive (they cannot work or be registered at the Employment Office, they can study at school or study), who lost their job after 01/03/2020 and live (or study) in the Lubuskie Voivodeship, willing to take part in the project.

What is the project about?

The first step is career counseling that will help the participant in choosing the subject of the training. The next step is training, which takes about 80 training hours. The subject of the training is adjusted to the preferences of the participants, e.g. it can be one of the following

• backhoe loader operator license

• forklift operator license

• welding

• gas or electric qualifications

• cosmetic training

• hairdressing

• photographic

• cookery

• and many others.

During the training, we pay a training scholarship and provide catering. In addition, we reimburse the travel costs or the costs of childcare during the training.
